Gardner Company Acquires Minnesota Firm

inConcert Web Solutions, a Gardner-based web marketing company, announced this week the purchased of Minnesota-based B. Woods Design.
Matt Ward, inConcert’s CEO, said the acquisition of the web design and development company will strengthen inConcert’s offerings.
”They are a well-respected, successful web design firm in the greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul area, providing complementary services that strengthen our core offering of website design, hosting and search engine optimization,” Ward said in a statement.
B. Woods Design will allow inConcert to break into the Midwest market for web services, Ward said.
Founded in 2002 as Central Mass Web Design, inConcert also has a sales office in Chandler Arizona.
