Parkingway Management, LLC of Boston has completed its acquisition of 70 Gold Star Boulevard, a former Volvo dealership, with the aim of redeveloping the property into an 18,000-square-foot retail plaza anchored by urgent care center ConvenientMD and featuring Kelly’s Roast Beef and Jersey Mike’s Subs.
The $3.6-million deal was completed on Tuesday, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
Michael Jacobs, principal of Worcester firm NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the seller, Gallo Realty Co. Inc. of Worcester. Andrew Bonica of Eastern Retail Properties of Braintree represented the buyer, Parkingway.
The new development has 6,880 square feet of space still available for lease, according to a Tuesday press release from Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
The property was once home to Patrick Motor Group’s Volvo dealership. which has since moved to Route 20 in Auburn.
