Pioneer Drive in Oxford will soon be home to an R&P Woodworking custom furniture manufacturing plant.
According to Worcester commercial real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co., Sunny Hill Realty LLC of Leicester spent $175,000 on the 1.47-acre parcel at 3 Pioneer Drive in order to expand their furniture manufacturing operation.
Pioneer Drive is off Route 20 in North Oxford.
R&P Woodworking designs and manufactures Antione Proulx furniture. Glickman Kovago represented both Sunny Hill and the seller, Pioneer Corporate Park Inc., in the transaction.
