FuelCell sells three power plants
Danbury-based clean power plant manufacturer FuelCell Energy Inc., working through Posco Power, one of its distributors, said it has sold three power plants to two power companies in South Korea. The three new power plants can generate a combined 5.1 megawatts of electricity, and will push electricity directly into the South Korean electrical grid. They were purchased using funds from a green energy program instituted last year by South Korea's government.
