Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple PC has named attorneys Joseph T. Bartulis Jr. and Todd E. Brodeur as officers of the firm.
Bartulis is chairperson of the firm's labor and employment law practice area and is a member of the business and corporate practice group. He also advises school departments on education law matters. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Baylor University.
Brodeur concentrates his practice in real estate, land use planning and permitting and corporate and commercial lending. He is a member of the Worcester Young Businessmen's Association, an active member of the vestry at St. John's Church in Sutton, a member of the Grafton Affordable Housing Trust and vice chair of the board of trustees at the EcoTarium in Worcester. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Boston Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine named him a "rising star" among the state's lawyers.
Brodeur received his bachelor's degree from Trinity College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He lives in Grafton.
