Sturbridge Coffee Roasters, at 210 Hamilton St., Southbridge, was purchased by Elvis and Karen Dyer of Dudley. The business, which sells specialty roasted coffee by the cup or pound, has been renovated. It's located in the Flat Iron Building.

Destination XL, a men's clothing superstore, has opened in Auburn, at 438 Southbridge St. The business features an in-store tailor. This is the second Destination XL store in Central Massachusetts. The other is in Natick.
Braman Termite and Pest Elimination has opened a location at 275 Washington St., Auburn. Based in Agawam, the company has other Central Massachusetts locations, including Bolton, Southbridge, Worcester and Fitchburg.
