Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School in Marlborough has reopened, following a $62.4 million renovation project which included new wiring, windows and heating system. A new security system with cameras was installed, along with a new roof and science labs.

FASTSIGNS is open at 120 Stafford St. in Worcester. Owned by Denise and Tim Carr, the shop provides signage and visual graphics materials.

Clark University of Worcester added a new master of science in management degree for professionals in any sector looking to expand leadership skills.

The Discovery Museums of Acton will add an interactive math exhibit and programs to help encourage parents in facilitating math-related play. The Institute of Library Services awarded more than $142,000 for the interactive gallery.
