- U-Haul and Townline Motor Sales have teamed up to serve as the neighborhood U-Haul dealer in North Oxford. Townline Motor Sales, located at 134 Southbridge Rd., offers U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing equipment, rental items and box pickup.
- Painting company Bowditch & Marinelli of Worcester has been sold to Peabody-based Kaloutas Painting as of June 1. Bowditch & Marinelli, founded in 1980 by the husband-and-wife team of Sally Bowditch and Larry Marinelli, will retain its name.
