Millbury Federal Credit Union opened a new branch at 117B Stafford St. in Worcester. The credit union has assets more than $300 million and more than 50,000 members.
A new Shop 'N Save has opened at 22 Fitchburg Road in Ayer, owned by Miroslaw and Maria Szelest. Formerly a Hannaford's, many staffers of that market will now work for Shop 'N Save in the renovated site.
Maynard Storage Solutions has opened in Maynard, owned by Jonathan Hall and Allison Peters. The new facility is located at 109 Powder Mill Road.
The LIFE [Lifestyle Improvement For Employees] Center at Heywood Hospital has opened at the healthcare facility, at 242 Green St. in Gardner. Group fitness classes are among the offerings.
Gardner Discount Furniture is open at 380 Main St. in Gardner.
The Creative Underground, an artisan gift gallery, has opened at 43 Broad St. in Hudson. Doreen Moscillo-Howes is founder and director.
Worcester Center for Expressive Therapies, formerly Music Therapy Services, is renovated and has reopened. The new business is owned by Kayla Daly, a certified music therapy clinician. In addition to other clinicians, the center has five board-certified music therapists and offers art, speech and language therapy. More 2,200 square feet of space has been renovated at 255 Park Ave., Ste. 412.
