Reliant Medical Group opened its latest ReadyMED location, at 366 Shrewsbury St. in Worcester. The new facility, in a newly constructed building, occupies 14,000 square feet. The facility will serve infants, children and adults and offer CT scans and intravenous treatment options.
Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Co. will open this summer, at the former Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers site at 81 Morton St. in Framingham. Exhibit ‘A’ is owned by Matthew Steinberg.
Social service agency CENTRO of Worcester is buying the former People in Peril, or PIP, shelter at 701 Main St. in the city. CENTRO plans to turn the site into a performing arts center.
Dairy Queen, as part of a plan to add 60 Bay State franchises over five years to its current 33, will expand into Worcester. The location or locations were not immediately available. Dairy Queen is owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
Curious Escape Rooms, at 359 Main St. in Fitchburg, will open in April or May. It’s a room-escape puzzle where participants have to solve the puzzle to escape. Curious Escape Rooms is owned by Audrey Chow of Fitchburg and Jeremy Pendleton. Cost per group will be between $25 and $28.
Metrowest Kung Fu is open at 69 Main St. in Maynard, serving children and adults. The school, owned by Sihing Eliot Prisby, also offers yoga and tai chi.
