The Abrams Group in Boston has won a BUILDER Magazine’s 2006 “Builder’s Choice Award” for the Fremont Lofts condominium complex in Worcester.
The Fremont project was one of twenty-two projects nation-wide to win a “Grand Award,” the top award in three possible categories. According to BUILDER magazine, criteria for the awards include “visionary alternatives to the status quo” and that the magazine was “apt to reward builders pursuing long-term solutions and not just a quick fix.” The ninety-seven unit condo complex targets young professionals and empty nesters, and range in price from under $200,000 to the low $300s.
