A 55,000-square-foot manufacturing building in Franklin sold for $9.6 million, according to a press release from Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., the Northborough-based firm which brokered the deal.
The buyer is registered to Longpoint Realty Partners, a real estate private equity firm headquartered in Boston, according to the Massachusetts Corporations Division. The company owns mostly retail and industrial buildings across the country.
It was sold by William Cantor, a trustee of Liberty Realty Trust.
The Franklin property is located at 10 Liberty Way among several other manufacturing businesses like Dell Technologies, Plansee USA LLC, and Donovan Logistics. Marketing agency The Taylor Group has a location inside the 10 Liberty Way property.
The building sold for $174 per square foot, and is assessed at just over $3 million by the Town of Franklin.
