The 108,510-square-foot BJ’s Wholesale Club building at 100 Corporate Dr. in Franklin has been sold for $13.7 million.
The property is 10 years old and is occupied by BJ’s under a long-term lease. It sits on a 17.5-acre site just off Interstate 495 at Exit 17.
The transaction was brokered by Boston-based mortgage banking firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, which represented former owner National Development. The firm also arranged acquisition financing through Worcester-based Flagship Bank and procured the private buyer.
