Globoforce, a Framingham workforce software developer, is rebranding.
The company, now known as Workhuman, unveiled its new name Wednesday at its annual conference, when it also announced a planned 150 new jobs at its offices in Dublin, Ireland.
The Dublin offices expanded as part of a roughly $4.5-million project, the company said.
Workhuman moved to its 55,000-square-foot offices at 200 Crossing Blvd. in Framingham in 2017, relocating from Southborough.
The privately owned company says it is the world’s fastest-growing integrated social recognition and continuous performance management platform. Its customers include major corporations such as Dunkin Brands, NBC Universal and JetBlue, as well as the power management company Eaton, which has a facility in Worcester.
