Framingham’s prominent Bullard Building has been purchased for $1.3 million.
According to O’Brien Commercial Properties, which brokered the sale, the 30,400-square-foot building at 410 Waverly St. and 12 Irving St. was purchased by real estate investor Brian Li in March. He purchased the building, home to restaurants, medical and dental offices and nonprofits, when it was about two-thirds full. O’Brien said tenants are being added to the property and Li plans to keep it for investment.
Li’s purchase of the property, at the intersection of routes 126 and 135, take place days before it was to fall into foreclosure, O’Brien said.
Li was represented by Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough.
