A 29,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Framingham, which houses food manufacturers Blue Horizon Wild and Ian’s Natural Foods, sold for $6 million on Thursday, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The property is located on more than an acre at 190 Fountain St. It is the headquarters of Elevation Brands LLC, which owns allergen-free food manufacturer Ian’s Natural Foods and seafood producer Blue Horizon Wild.
It was sold by Azad Legacy Partners LLC, a Lexington-based real estate management and development firm. The buyers in Thursday’s sale were 190 Fountain Limited Partnership, which is registered to a Baltimore address with no individual name.
The warehouse was built in 1956 and is assessed at $2.9 million, according to the Framingham assessors’ database.
