Framingham State Program Wins Cost Ranking

Framingham State University's online Master of Education in Curriculum & Instructional Technology Program scored high rankings on surveys conducted by GetEducated.com, a group that publishes online college and university rankings based on credibility and affordability.

The program is the 9th most affordable out of 33 offered nationwide, at a cost of $9,950. The average cost of degrees surveyed was $15,059. The program was also ranked the 18th best buy out of 367 masters in education programs surveyed.

Vicky Phillips, founder of GetEducated.com, praised FSU for delivering high-quality online education at an affordable price.

"Framingham State is a role model for how educational technology, coupled with wise administrative policies, can help solve the cost crises (that are) crippling higher education," Phillips said.
