A pair of Framingham office buildings have sold for a combined $53.3 million to a Braintree real estate development and construction management firm.
Campanelli bought both buildings from Colony Capital, a Los Angeles firm, in deals closed Dec. 24.
Included in the deal was 492 Old Connecticut Path, a 242,000-square-foot office building highly visible presence off the Massachusetts Turnpike. The building, which sold for $29.3 million, sits on 5.8 acres and was last valued by the City of Framingham at $22.2 million.
It last sold for $37.8 million in 2008.
The other office is a six-story, 136,000-square-foot office building at 161 Worcester Road. The 6.4-acre site sold for $24 million. Its last sale was for $25.2 million in 2008.
