The Kenwood Centre, and a neighboring office building in Framingham sold for $14.5 million.
The deals were completed on Nov. 25, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The five-story 77,000 square foot office building at 63 Fountain St. was sold by Kenwood Centre, Inc. for $10.5 million to 63 Fountain Framingham Owner LLC.
Two Poodles, LLC of Framingham sold 75 Fountain St. for $4 million to 75 Fountain Framingham Owner LLC.
The two corporations which purchased the buildings are based in New York City and registered to Matthew Faris of Washington Square Ventures of Needham, which owns the neighboring Bancroft Lofts at 59 Fountain St. with the international real estate firm Greystar Worldwide, LLC.
