The multi-tenanted building was built in 1963 and contains 18,258 square feet of office space on two floors. It is located on the westbound side of Route 9 near Edgell Road.
AAMLAX, LLC purchased the property from CARU Framingham, LLC. The sale was handled by Scott R. Hughes, president of New Dover Associates of Framingham, and James Gordon and Peter Gordon, principals of Gordon Real Estate.
