A Crossing Boulevard office building in Framingham has added four new tenants to bring it to 90% capacity.
The new tenants are HealthDrive Corp., a firm that moved from Wellesley to provide dentistry, optometry, podiatry and audiology services long-term care, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities; Eppendorf North America, a laboratory equipment supplier; Emerald Expositions, a business-to-business trade show operator; and Providers Health Council.
Combined, the tenants have leased roughly 53,000 square feet, according to Cushman & Wakefield, the realty firm brokering the deals.
The nearly 100,000-square-foot building at 100 Crossing Blvd. also hosts the expanding workforce software develop Workhuman, formerly known as Globoforce. Workhuman, which moved to the site in 2017 from Southborough, has added nearly 37,000 square feet to now total more than 92,000 square feet between 100 Crossing Blvd. and the adjacent 200 Crossing Blvd.
Both buildings are owned by National Development of Newton and the Swiss investment banking firm UBS.
