Correlsense, a Framingham IT startup, has received $8 million in venture funding, led by the Silicon Valley venture firm Accel Partners.
Accel, a new investor in Correlsense, teamed with three of Correlsense’s existing investors for the deal, including Vertex Venture Capital, eXceed Technology and ProSeed Ventures.
Correlsense will use the funding to further develop its IT management system, expand its customer base and improve distribution.
The company allows information technology managers to better analyze the performance of IT systems.
