Framingham HR software firm hires Salesforce exec as chief customer officer

Workhuman, a human resources software company based in Framingham and Dublin, Ireland, hired Zoe Peterson-Ward as its new chief customer officer, a newly-created position.
Peterson-Ward joined Workhuman from San Francisco cloud-based software company Salesforce Inc., where she worked for 11 years, most recently as vice president of customer success, according to a Tuesday press release from Workhuman.
"Zoe is a dynamic customer success leader who drives outcomes that matter to executives. Her first order of business will be to engage with Workhuman customers to ensure they are maximizing the platform to deliver the greatest returns for business bottom line and cultures," Eric Mosley, CEO and founder at Workhuman, said in the press release.
In her new position, Peterson-Ward will oversee the launch of a new initiative, Workhuman Consulting Practice, which will be led by new Senior Vice President Jennifer Reimert.
Workhuman, founded in Dublin in 1997, provides customers with a cloud-based human resources software platform.
