Alira Health, a tech-based healthcare service headquartered in Framingham, announced on Thursday it has acquired BePATIENT, a French health company.
The acquisition will broaden Alira Health’s technology capabilities, as BePATIENT provides clinical solutions for virtual trials, and digital therapeutics for prevention and care management.
Founder and CEO of BePatient, Frédéric Durand-Salmon, will join Alira Health as vice president of clinical digital solutions.
The company did not disclose the purchase price of the acquisition, and was unavailable for immediate comment.
Alira was founded in 1999 and has offices in California and internationally.
