Framingham group buys Natick office building for $4M

Five Commonwealth Road, Natick

A corporation registered to Framingham’s SVN | Parsons Commercial Group purchased a 26,000 square foot office building in Natick for $4.15 million.
The sale of Five Commonwealth Road, which is home to several professional services firms, was completed on Friday, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
Omni Realty Trust, the seller, purchased the property in 1991 for $2.1 million.
The Town of Natick assesses the property at just over $3.8 million.
SVN | Parsons Commercial is based in Framingham and also has an office in Boston. It was founded in 1994. It owns and manages properties throughout New England, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, according to the company’s website.
