Perini Management Services of Framingham has secured two task orders valued at $87.2 million to complete building repairs in North Carolina.
The work at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina will include two separate projects, both for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic District.
The Motor Transport Division facility repairs design-build project, valued at $44.5 million, includes repairs to five buildings, totaling more than 145,000 square feet of renovated space. The Administrative and Warehouse Facility Repairs design-build projected, valued at $42.7 million, includes repairs to four buildings, totaling 173,300 square feet of renovated space.
Perini Management Services, Inc., which is located in Framingham, is a subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corp., whose headquarters is located in Los Angeles but was previously located in Framingham.
