Courion Corp. will move its corporate headquarters from Route 9 in Framingham to West Park Drive in Westborough.
The company signed a lease for 24,834 square feet at 1900 West Park Dr. in order to accommodate plans for expansion, according to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., the Wayland-based commercial firm that brokered the deal.
The 93,127-square-foot Class A building is owned by BPG Properties Ltd, which was represented in the transaction by Jones Lang LaSalle of Boston.
BPG is a Pennsylvania-based private equity real estate management firm with an office in Boston.
Courion develops identity and access management software.
