Calare Properties, a Framingham developer, plans to break ground on a planned 119,000-square-foot flexible industrial building at 50 Nagog Park in Acton on May 1, the company announced Wednesday.
The project was previously announced in August and is located at the former home of video technology firm SeaChange International.
The project will be suited for a variety of uses, including warehouse, manufacturing, flex/office space, biopharma and cold storage. Ceilings will be up to 32-feet high and will have 20 loading docks.
The property will be located in the large Nagog Park campus, which boasts 750,000 square feet of commercial space, a 65,000 retail center and a 380-unit apartment complex known as Avalon Bay.
Steel framing is slated to be complete by October, with occupancy available beginning in January. Single or multiple tenants will be considered.
