Arch Therapeutics, a Framingham biotechnology company specializing in wound care and biosurgical devices, announced Thursday a partnership with Lovell Government Services, a Floridia medical supply distributor.

Lovell Government Services is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, which will enable Arch Therapeutics to increase sales at Veterans Affairs hospitals and other governmental medical facilities, according to the press release.

“Partnering with an SDVOSB, especially one with the reputation of LGS, to drive distribution into the government is intended to provide several strategic advantages, most notably speed to market and enhanced access to multiple government contracting channels,” Dan Yrigoyen, vice president of sales for Arch Therapeutics, said in a press release.

With the announcement of its non-exclusive distribution agreement with Lovell Government Services, Arch Therapeutics further announced mutual termination of its previous partnership with Buffalo Supply, Inc., a medical supplier from Colorado.
