The Grant Street Complex, a 26-unit apartment property in Framingham, has sold for $6.4 million to a company in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston.
The seller was an affiliate of South Carolina-based VTT Property Management, which owns several Framingham properties. California-based real estate company Marcus & Millichap, which has a Boston office, represented the seller.
The property at 115 Grant St. was last sold to a VTT affiliate in 2010 for $1.2 million.
The buyer was Grant Complex Framingham MA LLC of Roslindale, according to a deed recorded by the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds on Sept. 18. The corporation is registered to Omer Granot of Newton, according to the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth. The registered agent of the company is Ron Ifrah of Structure Management in Roslindale.
