Butler Bank, the Andover-based bank that recently acquired Marlborough Co-Operative Bank, has promoted four employees.
Charlette Weeden-West has been promoted to vice president. A resident of East Hampstead, she had served as CFO at Marlborough Co-Operative since 1997. She is responsible for the finance department and is treasurer of the bank.
Evan Cline of Worcester is now assistant treasurer/controller at Butler. His responsibilities include preparing financial statement, board reports and regulatory reports.
Heather Burns has been promoted to assistant vice president of retail sales and development. She will continue working as branch manager in Andover and will also work with all branches on training, sales and development. She lives in Nashua, N.H.
Frank McGrane, a resident of Salem, N.H., has been promoted to vice president of special assets.
