NFI, a New Jersey-based trucking business, will lease 135,000 square feet of space in the Devens Industrial Park while FedEx will rent 6,000 square feet of space in Framingham.
NFI will lease space at 66 Saratoga Blvd., one of the two buildings that make up the 25-acre Devens Industrial Park, according to Boston-based commercial real estate firm Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, who brokered the deal. RBJ executed the lease on behalf of the industrial park's owner, CrossHarbor Capital Partners.
Meanwhile, Cushman & Wakefield, another Boston-based commercial real estate firm, announced three other leases today.
FedEx's lease of 6,000 square feet of space is at 550 Cochituate Rd. in Framingham.
Power Home Remodeling Group will rent 7,740 square feet of office space at 377 Simarano Dr. in Marlborough and Whalley Computer Associates will sublease 4,000 square feet of space at 9 Industrial Rd. in Milford.
