The former Anna Maria Rest Home in Worcester was sold last month for redevelopment, according to the buyer’s representative.
The 18,000-square-foot building at 1398 Main St. was sold for $600,000 to Washburn House, LLC, which is registered to Timothy Rassias of Holden. The seller was 1398 Main Street, LLC, registered to Mark Aaronson of Millbury.
Plans for the site are not finalized, and the buyer is exploring options, said Andrew Murray of A. Murray Real Estate, LLC, the buyer’s representative.
