A site in Leominster formerly housing a plastics manufacturing operation has completed two lease renewals, with Action Sound & Music and Northeast Computer Group extending their stay at 444 Central St.
The 34,000 square-foot site includes both retail and warehouse/distribution operations. Action Sound & Music renewed its lease for 3,000 square-feet of retail space, and specializes in musical instruments. Northeast Computer Group, a worldwide distributor of computers and computer hardware, extended their lease of 4,000 square-feet in the mixed-use facility.
The landlord’s agent in both leases was Rob Beland of Apex Properties in Leominster, exclusive listing agent for 444 Central St.
