Retired Brig. Gen. Robert L. Floyd II, former Commanding General of the Natick Soldier Systems Center, has been named the Chief Strategy Officer, Defense and Intelligence Division, for Virgina-based project management company Robbins-Gioia LLC.
Floyd’s last military assignment was in Natick. He also served as deputy Commanding General of NATO’s Bosnian Theater Multinational Support Command during his 29-year military career.
After his military service, Floyd served as an executive at several defense firms, including aircraft manufacturer Northrop Grumman.
