Fiske Hill Plaza, a small Strubridge commercial plaza that once housed a karate center, has sold for $750,000.
The 1.3-acre site at 71 Main St. was sold to Hasan Akisik, who the brokers said intends to keep existing leases and lease the remaining spaces to retailers. The sale was brokered by Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. of Worcester.
The plaza on Route 131 last sold in 2004 for $785,000, according to town records. It is assessed at $743,700.
McCoy's Action Karate was one of the anchor tenants of the plaza before the martial arts studio moved to Auburn. The plaza has three vacant spaces totaling 3,800 square feet available for lease, according to the property listing on Loopnet.com.
The land abuts Broad Meadow Brook and conservation land owned by Mass Audubon, and is located between the town center and Route 84.
