The former location of a Walgreens Pharmacy at 256 Washington St. in Hudson has been sold for $2.7 million to the owner of NGP Management of North Reading, a Dunkin’ franchise with 118 locations.
The seller was an entity registered to David Insoft of Wayland. An active Walgreens location at 472 Lincoln St. in Worcester was sold in December by another entity registered to David Insoft for $8.8 million, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds.
The buyer, HUD KTIMA LLC, is registered to Constantine Scrivanos, at 3 Pluff Ave., North Reading, which is the headquarters of NGP Management.
NGP Management did not immediately respond to a voicemail asking if the site is to become a Dunkin’ store. The company operates locations across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, employing over 2,000 people, according to the company’s website.
