Former Hanover manager promoted to VP of Michigan firm

A former Hanover Insurance Group manager and Worcester Business Journal 40 Under Forty winner has been promoted to vice president of a Michigan casualty insurance company.
Abel Travis, formerly assistant vice president and head of commercial lines product management for Hanover, is now the vice president of underwriting and product innovation for Lansing-based AF Group.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Travis was at the Hanover for more than six years until April 2018.
His 2017 40 Under Forty award was cited in AF Group’s announcement.
