Two former Fallon Health executives are rejoining the Worcester health insurer after each spent several years away.
Kristine Bostek left her role atop Worcester child welfare nonprofit YOU Inc. to rejoin Fallon as its vice president of its Summit ElderCare program, while Todd Bailey returns as the senior vice president and chief financial officer after leaving Westborough-based Health Plans, Inc.
Before rejoining Fallon, Bostek was with the firm for more than five years between 2012 and 2017, first as vice president and executive director of NaviCare. Her most recent role with Fallon was as vice president of senior care services.
Now she’ll handle all aspects of Summit ElderCare, the insurer’s all-inclusive program for the elderly covering adults 55 and older.
Bailey spent nearly 16 years with Fallon before leaving for Health Plans, Inc. in 2015. His last role with Fallon was as vice president of senior care services, a position he held for four years before Bostek took over.
His other roles at Fallon included as vice president of underwriting and controller.
