A 12,000-square-foot retail and mixed use building in Worcester's Canal District, formerly home to The Cove Music Hall, has sold for $900,000 to businessmen from Worcester and Needham.
The sale closed on Thursday.
Located at 89 Green St. in Worcester, adjacent to the Polar Park baseball stadium, the sale transfers ownership from 89 Green St Realty Trust to Gold Block Real Estate LLC, which is registered to a Needham address and managed by Harry DiLeo and Thomas Keane of Worcester, as well as Christopher Archambault of Needham.
DiLeo is president of propane company DiLeo Gas, Inc. in Worcester.
The sale was facilitated by Micahel Jacobs, principal, and Tim Whittredge, vice president at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs in Worcester.
