The former Lundgren Honda dealership property on Main Street in Worcester has been sold for $675,000.
The property, which consists of parcels at 721-731 Main St. and 722 Main St. was sold to Vinh Tran of Worcester. The deal closed late last week.
Roz Levine, the Worcester real estate broker who handled the transaction, said Tran intends to refurbish the property, but doesn't know what its final use will be under Tran's ownership.
Barry Lundgren owned the property under the name AP Properties Inc. The auto dealer moved from the site to its current location on Route 20 in Auburn in the mid-1990s.
The property is in the city's Main South neighborhood about four blocks west of Chandler Street.
