An office building formerly occupied by BJ’s Wholesale Club Inc. in Natick has been sold and will be converted into executive office suites, according to R.W. Holmes Realty of Wayland, which brokered the deal.
Located at 27 Strathmore Rd., the 16,000-square-foot building was purchased by Robert Grant and William Balz of Weston for $1.95 million, R.W. Holmes said. Dean Blackey was the sole broker on the deal.
Following renovation, the building will be known as the Natick Innovation Center, providing first-class office space for small businesses requiring close proximity to amenities and highways, as well as full office support services, according to R.W. Holmes.
