Foreclosure activity was down 4 percent in February, but was still 60 percent more than the same time last year.
The news comes from RealtyTrac, who’s latest report shows one in every 557 households received a foreclosure filing in February. Connecticut ranked 14th in national foreclosure activity, with Nevada, California and Florida topping the list.
