A Sudbury-based company has purchased a 31,200-square-foot Milford building for $1.5 million.
Sumner Jaggi LLC will use a large part of 53 Sumner St. for its food distribution business, Exotic Foods Inc., while renting out the rest of the building, according to MetroWest Commercial Real Estate, which represented Sumner Jaggi in the transaction.
Rick Kaplan of ReMax Executive represented the seller, CDN Land Co. LP.
MetroWest Commercial Real Estate is now also representing the buyer in leasing 5,000 square feet of clean industrial space and 4,000 square feet of office space in the building.
