A property featuring a three-story, mixed-use building in Worcester has sold for $1.2 million to a Quincy-based landlord.The property at 340 Hamilton St., featuring first-floor retail space with four apartment units above, sold in a deal finalized on Friday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. The first-floor retail site is the home of Paintedhair Studio hair salon, according to a Google Maps listings. The property was purchased by an entity managed by Yvon Jean-Jacques, a Quincy-based landlord who offloaded a Kelley Square mixed-use building earlier in December. Jean-Jacques purchased it from Michael Ermani, a prominent Central Massachusetts property developer, whose recent acquisitions include apartments in Grafton, on Mill Street in Worcester and in Worcester’s Main South neighborhood.Worcester property developer Michael Ermani. He wrote in a Facebook post the property had been updated with new flooring, fresh paint, and other improvements under Ermani’s ownership.
