Five commercial leases, including one for a company relocating to smaller space, were recently signed for properties just off Interstate 495 in Marlborough and Southborough.
According to Marlborough-based O'Brien Commercial Properties, a broker on each of the deals, Webco Engineering signed a new lease for 12,432 square feet at 155 Northborough Rd. in Southborough. The company is relocating from 16,000 square feet in Westborough. The company manufactures equipment for the paper industry.
Aspen Systems renewed its lease of 10,770 square feet at 24 Saint Martin Dr. in Marlborough, and New England Optical Systems signed a lease for 7,500 square feet at 237 Cedar Hill St., also in Marlborough.
O'Brien also brokered two leases in the Marlborough Technology Center. Qteros signed a lease for 8,900 square feet in Building 1 in the complex and Dotgain Systems signed a lease for 5,600 square feet in the complex's main building.
The complex has vacant space totaling 13,237 square feet.
