Kaycha Labs, a marijuana testing company based in Fort Lauderdale, has announced a new lab in Natick will be part of its expansion into three new states.
The company said the expansion into Massachusetts, Oregon and Nevada would bring the total number of labs for the company to nine, covering California, Colorado, Florida (Fort Lauderdale/Davie and Gainesville), Oklahoma and Tennessee in addition to the newly announced locations.
The Massachusetts lab is a new build and is located in Natick near major interstate highways within a couple hours' driving time to all major customers, according to Kaycha Labs. The company’s website lists its address as 16 Tech Circle, Suite 201.
According to the MetroWest Daily News, the new test site is slated to open in April, has already received approval from the Natick Planning Board, and has received a provisional license from the state’s Cannabis Control Commission.
