FLEXcon to Purchase Tennessee Firm's Silicone Line
Spencer-based adhesive coating and laminating company FLEXcon announced that the company has signed a letter of intent to purchase Tennessee-based JDC Coatings Inc.'s silicone pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) line of products. The deal also includes the customer list for those products, as well as the inventory and product specifications.
FLEXcon said the move extends its silicone PSA offerings and allows the company to deliver products to serve its industrial customer base with a wider range of products in high-performance applications.
The company didn't disclose further details of the impending sale.
