Fleeing top attorneys no sweat for firms

Lawyers said company mentoring programs are most effective for retaining employees, but also said they don't really care about losing their best people, according to a Robert Half Legal survey. The survey revealed that while the hiring environment in the legal field is highly competitive, 42 percent of respondents said they are not concerned with losing top employees and 43 percent said they were only somewhat concerned.
