Five residential Northbridge properties bought by Uxbridge firm for $3M

Five multifamily residences constructed over a century ago in Northbridge have been purchased for a combined $3 million.

Blackstone Valley Realty, an entity managed by Dennis Schadler of Uxbridge, purchased the five properties in a deal finalized on June 27, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. The properties were purchased from trusts managed by Peter and Cheri Bowker of Hopkinton. 

The five properties were:

  • An eight-bedroom row house located at 2282-88 Providence Road and constructed in 1880.
  • A four-bedroom row house located at 2285-91 Providence Road and constructed in 1902.
  • A four-bedroom duplex located at 2293-95 Providence Road and constructed in 1902.
  • A six-bedroom building located at 2297-99 Providence Road and constructed in 1890.
  • An eight-bedroom row house located at 22-28 Water St. and constructed in 1880.

Blackstone Valley Realty already owns a number of properties in Northbridge and the unincorporated village of Whitinsville, according to Town of Northbridge property records. The firm owns more than 100 apartments across 20 locations, according to its Facebook page. 

Combined, the five properties involved in the transaction were given a 2025 tax assessment value of $2.14 million.
